The holidays are right around the corner, so we traveled around town to find you some of the tastiest pies for your celebrations this season.
Pies featured in this segment include a sour cherry pie from First Slice; a homestyle pumpkin pie from Bake in Wicker Park; a rich chocolate pecan from our friends at Bang Bang Pie and Biscuits; and a silky chocolate smores pie from Sweet Mandy B’s.
One pie we couldn’t get enough of was the double-crust apple pie from Baker Miller. The pie has a flaky, buttery crust and delicious filling with just the right blend of sugar and spices.
