Chicago: we’re a food town known for many things – hot dogs, Italian beef and, of course, deep dish pizza. But what if you’re craving something not-so-deep-dish?
In this video segment, we set out to find some of the best thin crust pizza in Chicago. Our search takes us to Osteria La Madia in River North; Blaze Pizza in Streeterville; Pizza Rustica Italian Bistro and Bar in Lakeview; and Apart Pizza Co. in Edgewater.
One of the highlights is the Flo’s Polish pizza at Flo and Santos which consists of kielbasa, sauerkraut, and smoked bacon.
