Executive chef Justin Ferguson talks about the popularity of the farm to table concept and how they are incorporating it and taking it further at Blue Door Farm Stand in Lincoln Park.

Featured dishes include a brussel sprout and kale salad with a maple tahini dressing; their strawberry fields salad which incorporates cantal cheese, diced ham, apples and almonds; and the Ava, a grilled cheese sandwich with avocado, pine nut pesto and bacon.
