Just inside the boundaries of Chicago’s flourishing Fulton Market district, lies Cemitas Puebla, a new, modern take on the traditional Mexican taqueria.

We sit down with owner Tony Anteliz who tells us about his shop and what differentiates his taqueria from others in the city.

Their menu offers eight different tacos and ten varieties of cemitas, including the carne enchilada; a grilled pork loin with avocado, oaxacan cheese and a housemade chipotle sauce.
